About the role


We are looking for a PPC Executive to join our growing team to support the management of our clients’ PPC accounts and performance. This is a great opportunity for the right person to work on our exciting client set, across a range of industries. 


Your responsibilities in the role will be to:


  • Develop strong relationships by demonstrating prompt and clear communication with all recipients

  • Support PPC Managers in completing monthly client work, including but not limited to, bid and budget management, campaign and ad copy builds and reporting

  • Conduct research and analysis for search trends, audiences, keywords and competitor activity

  • Consistently show you are keeping up to date with industry news, blogs, case studies and new formats by sharing knowledge with the team and putting your learnings into action

  • Actively contribute to team meetings

  • Show passion and proactivity by going above and beyond for your clients and colleagues

  • Efficiently manage your workload, complete all tasks on time and accurately record your time in our internal system

  • Seek additional training in areas of interest and development


About you;


This is a role in which we consider those both with and without any prior PPC experience. What is a must is having enthusiasm and the right mind set, any previous exposure to digital marketing and PPC is a bonus!


This is an ideal opportunity for you to learn the ropes of working in a fast-paced industry and digital agency. For those with prior PPC experience, this is a great opportunity to be trained by our expert team to further refine your skills in this industry. The role will require the individual to have the following skills:


  • Organised: You’ll be confident managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks

  • Action Orientated: You’ll have the drive to get your work done

  • Problem-solving and decision making skills: The ability to look at any client challenges and suggest solutions to the client

  • Data-driven: You have the ability to analyse data understanding how the data can drive decisions for our clients

  • Relationship builder: You’ll have the ability to build relationships across the business and with clients

  • Collaborative: You’ll want to work as part of a talented team, collaborating and sharing ideas across the team

  • Presentation skills: You’ll take pride in the way you present communications and information to the team and clients

  • Researching skills: You’ll want to learn more, immersing yourself in reading blogs on biddable media to enhance your skills

  • An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.

The Application Process

The application process consists of an initial 45 minute Googlemeets interview to find out more about how your skills fit against the role competencies and your experiences. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions to ensure we’re the right fit for you.


If successful we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. You’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role.
