About the role
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to devise and execute innovative strategies for our clients paid marketing campaigns
Your responsibilities in the role will be:
●Develop strong relationships by demonstrating prompt, clear and informative communication with all stakeholders
●Ensure all client accounts are in line with paid marketing best practice strategies
●Confidently forecast client spend and return using account and external data insights
●Work with Senior Manager to divide and execute innovative strategies to achieve client objectives
●Cross sell and up sell opportunities to clients
●Complete monthly client work, including but not limited to bid and budget management campaign and ad copy builds and reporting.
●Consistently show you are the expert in Paid Search by sharing relevant industry insights internally and externally.
●Mentor junior members of the team.
●Be competent in all relevant tools such as; Google Analytics, Shoptimised and other measurement tools where applicable.
●You will have experience in paid marketing and have a good understanding of the technical aspects of Paid Marketing.
●Creative and innovative: You have the ability to identify new and creative ways of doing things.
●Organised: You’ll be confident managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.

●Problem solving and decision making skills: The ability to look at any client challenges and make improvements to the client’s paid offering
●Data driven: You have the ability to analyse data understanding how the data can drive decisions for our clients

●Collaborative: You’ll want to work as part of a talented team, collaborating and sharing ideas across the team
●Presentation skills: You’ll take pride in the way you present communications and information to the team and clients
●Proactive: You’ll have the ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
●Researching skills: You’ll want to learn more, immersing yourself in reading blogs on biddable media to enhance your skills.
●An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a way that they will understand
